UMP provides professional mold inspections, mold testing, and indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments. We do not perform mold remediation and do not have a financial interest in remediation services. All testing and inspections are conducted independently.

By scheduling an appointment through our website or third-party scheduling tools:

• Payment is due as specified at the time of booking or service

Promotions apply only to services explicitly stated and may exclude specialty testing such as mycotoxin testing, ERMI, or HERTSMI-2 unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to notice requirements or fees. Specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking or in confirmation communications.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we follow industry standards and best practices, UMP does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from testing or inspections. Environmental conditions can change, and results represent conditions at the time of sampling only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• UMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered

• UMP is not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including remediation contractors or healthcare providers
